DA NanoMaterials Acquired By Air Products

Chemicals giant DuPont and specialty gases firm Air Products said today that Air Products is in an agreement to acquire all of DuPont's stake in Tempe, Arizona-based DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials (DA NanoMaterials). DA NanoMaterials is a developer of chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) slurries for the semiconductor and wafer polishing industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. DA NanoMaterials was a joint venture of DuPont and Air Products, and also has operations in Hsinchu County, Taiwan.
