Mindshare Technologies Shuffles Execs

Salt Lake City-based Mindshare, a developer of enterprise feedback software, said today that it has named Lonnie Mayne as Chief Experience Office (CXO). Mayne was most recently EVP of Sales and Account Management at the company. The firm explained that Mayne's new role will be to help the company deliver "better customer experiences." The firm said the move was part of a realignment of its sales leadersihp organization, which also resulted resulte di the appointment of Erich Dietz as VP of business solutions-contact centers; Randy Jordan as VP of business solutions-food services; and Shane Evans, VP of business solutions-retail.
