ZColo Buys MarquisNet

Louisville, Colorado-based zColo, the colocation subsidiary of the Zayo Group, reported this morning that it has acquired the data center business of MarquisNet. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. The colocation provider is the twelfth facility for zColo. MarquisNet operates a 28,000 square foot data center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Zayo said the buy is part of a strategy to grow its bandwidth infrastructure business.
