Rivet's Rohan Takes Helm As CEO

Denver-based Rivet Software, the maker of XBRL software for financial reporting, said this morning that co-founder Mike Rohan has returned as CEO. Rohan replaces Patrick Quinlan, who the firm said has stepped down, and will continue as an advisor throug the transition. Rohan was serving as Chairman. The company said the shift comes due to a shift from XBRL traing and implementation into "more robust software solutions" for closing and financial reporting.
