Rally Software Bolsters Board With eBay, Coors Vets
Boulder-based Rally Software, the developer of Agile software tools, said Tuesday that it has bolstered its board with two high profile additions. The company said it has added Mark Carges, the current CTO of eBay, and Tim Wolf, the former CFO of Coors, to its board of directors. Carges currently serves as eBay's Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Products; he has also served at BEA Systems. Wolf was Chief Integration Officer at MillerCoors Brewing Company, Global CFO of Molson Coors Brewing Company, CFO of Coors Brewing Company, and also has served at PepsiCo and Disney. He also chairs Boulder nonprofit eTown. Rally's software is used to manage Agile software development projects.
