Zayo Expands To Birmingham, Alabama

Louisville, Colorado-based fiber provider Zayo reported Wednesday that it has expanded its fiber network to Birmingham, Alabama, due to an agreement with a large wholesale customer. Zayo said the expansion of it sfiber network will form a foundation in the Birmingham central business district, as well as surrounding areas. The new network will cover 12 miles, and will be ready by the end of the year, Zayo said.
