inContact Wins Clothing Retailer

Salt Lake City-based inContact, the developer of cloud-based, contact center management software headed by Paul Jarman, said today it has signed another customer, this time a retailer of clothing and home decor products. Name of the retailer, and financial impact of the win was not disclosed. inContact said its new customer, which markets and sells the majority of its products through catalogs and e-commerce, is using the firm's products for contact center management.
