TechMediaNetwork Names CFO

Ogden, Utah-based TechMediaNetwork, the online media firm headed by Jerry Ropelato which owns Space.com, LiveScience, TopTenReviews, and a network of other content sites, said today that it has named Randy Bambrough as its new Chief Financial Officer. Bambrough was previously CFO of NextGNetworks, and also has served at InterVideo, ViewGraphics, and Decide.com. TechMediaNetwork said that Bambrough will help the firm manage growth and achieve its expansion goals. The appointment comes shortly after TechMediaNetwork landed a huge, $33M funding round for its efforts. TechMediaNetwork both operates its own network of media sites, it also helps other publishers monetize and grow their online businesses.
