UsingMiles.com Ties With Frequent Flyer Expert

Denver-based UsingMiles.com, the TechStars firm which offers up an online service for managing airline miles and hotel loyalty program points, said today that it has linked with travel and frequent flyer expert Randy Petersen. Petersen is the founder of Milepoint.com and other websites focused on frequent flyers. Details of the partnership were not announced, but UsingMiles.com said it will tap into Milepoint.com and Petersen's other frequent flyer websites to bolster its service. UsingMiles.com is backed by iSherpa Capital as well as a number of travel industry insiders. The firm was founded by Krista Paul, and recently tapped former eBags.com CEO Jon Nordmark as its CEO.
