Mindshare Finds $20M
Salt Lake City-based Mindshare Technologies announced today that it has raised $20M in an investment round. The provider of enterprise feedback management products said the round was led by Sorenson Capital, and also included a credit facility from PrivateBank and Trust Company. Fraser Bullock and Ron Mika, both of Sorenson Capital, will join the company's board of directors as part of the funding. Mindshare said it had 33 percent revenue growth in 2010, and expects 40 percent growth in 2011 to $19M. More information »
