Ancestry.com Opens Up Immigration, Naturalization Records

Provo, Utah-based family history site Ancestry.com has opened up its immigration and naturalization records for the next week, the site told its users Monday, allowing visitors free access to U.S. and International Immigration and Naturalization records. The service said that, until September 5th, it will be making those immigration records free to visitors interested in tracing their family history. Ancestry.com has run similar promotions before for different parts of its database, allowing visitors to get sample of the kinds of information available on the site.
