PracticeMax Buys American Billing Services

Scottsdale, Arizona-based PracticeMax, a provider of revenue cycle management and software services for the healthcare industry, said today that it has acquired American Billing Services, of Portland, Oregon. Financial terms of the acquisition was not disclosed. American Billing Services provides billing and practice management services to physicians and hospitals in the northwestern US.
