inContact Wins Hospitality Customer
Salt Lake City-based inContact, the developer of software tools for managing call centers, reports today that it has signed a new customer. The firm said an un-named, leading hospitality company is using the firm's Workforce Management (WFM) solution. Size of the deal was not announced. inContact said the new customer is using its product for managing hotel room calls for valet, room service, guest services, reservations, and more at a single call center.
