Fishbowl Management Buys Firm

Orem, Utah-based Fishbowl, the developer of Quickbooks inventory management software, said today that the firm's management team has acquired the entire ownership of the firm from a former, majority shareholder. Name of that shareholder, and financial details of the deal, were not disclosed. Fishbowl said the deal closed May 20th, and makes the firm's current management team and employees 100 percent owners of the company. Fishbowl connects into QuickBooks, and is used to manage business inventory.
