LogRhythm Raises $10M
Boulder-based LogRhythm, the developer of log and security analysis software, said today that it has raised $10M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Adam Street Partners, and also included prior investors Access Venture Partners, Colorado Fund I, Croghan Investments and Grotech Ventures. LogRhythm, which is headed by Andy Grolnick, said the funding will go towards international expansion, product development, and to build out service and support infrastructure. LogRhythm's software is used by IT managers to identify potential data breach issues, audit violations, and other system issues. More information »
