Envysion Wins Restaurant Chain Souplantation, Sweet Tomatoes

Louisville, Colorado-based Envysion, the provider of video surveillance software-as-a-service headed by Matt Steinfort, reported today that it has been selected by restaurant chain Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. Financial details of the win were not announced. Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. operates 120 salad buffet restaurants under the names Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes. Envysion said Garden Fresh is using the systems for their loss prevention department and to improve operational performance.
