Integrate Gets $4.25M

Denver-based Integrate, a provider of technology for running performance marketing campaigns, said this morning that it has raised $4.25M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by the Foundry Group. Integrate said it provides a single media buying dashboard which combines online and offline marketing, including Internet, print, television, billboard, and radio advertising. Integrate said its model is based on the performance of campaigns, with brands and retailers using the firm only paying for qualified leads, customers or inbound calls. Integrate was founded by Jeremy Bloom and Hart Cunningham. More information »
