IQNavigator's Andreozzi Named Chairman of Bloomberg Law

Denver-based IQNavigator, a developer of spending management software, said Tuesday that its President and CEO, Lou Andreozzi, has been appointed Chairman of Bloomberg Law, an online provider of legal research information. IQNavigator said that Andreozzi will continue to serve as President and CEO of IQNavigator. Andreozzi was previously CEO of legal data analysis provider Inference Data, and also has advised ValueAct Capital, The Carlyle Group and Bain Capital.
