Neutron Interactive Buys EnticeLabs

Salt Lake City-based Neutron Interactive said Monday that it has acquired EnticeLabs, which develops online recruitment software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. EnticeLabs, which was based in Provo, was backed by First Advantage and Omniture's Josh James and John Pestana. EnticeLabs operated the TalentSeekr job recruiting advertising network.
