GeoSynFuels Raises $3.1M
Golden, Colorado-based GeoSynFuels, a firm developing processes to convert cellulosic biomass into biofuels, has raised $3.13M as part of a $12.24M fundraising effort, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. No details on the funding have been announced by the company. According to the firm's web site, its process uses pulp and paper mill feeds and sugar mill residues (bagasse) as feedstock.
