Cadre Technologies Names President, CEO

Denver-based Cadre Technologies, a developer of warehouse management software for the third party logistics (3PL) market, said Thursday that it has named Joe Peters as President and CEO. Joe was one of the founders of the firm. Peters replaces Joe Caston. Cadre did not say what the reason for the change was. Peters has previously served as President and CEO of the company, which is venture backed by Appian Ventures and Boulder Ventures.
