Graphic.ly Launches Windows 7 App

Boulder-based Graphic.ly, the online community focused on comic books and backed by TechStars, said today that it has launched a new application for Windows 7-based devices, and enhanced its online comics store. According to Graphic.ly, it is planning to also soon support iPad, Android, and a web application. As part of the upgrade of the firm's store, the site said it now allows users to discover new titles, based on recommendations from friends and new algorithms. Graphic.ly offers an online site where users can buy and read comic books. The firm said it is currently carrying more than 600 titles on its store, including titles from Archaia, Arcana, Archie, BOOM! Studios, IDW Publishing, and TopCow.
