eFileCabinet, DirectPointe In Reseller Deal

Provo, Utah-based eFileCabinet, a developer of enterprise content management products, and Lindon, Utah-based DirectPointe, a provider of outsourced managed IT services, said today that the two are in a strategic reseller relationship. According to the firms, DirectPointe will offer eFileCabinet's products and services to its customers. Financial details of the relationship were not announced. eFileCabinet's products are used for online document storage; DirectPointe provides managed services to businesses.
