Reaction Web Acquired by LoopNet

Centennial, Colorado-based Reaction Web, a developer of custom web sites and marketing for the commercial real estate industry, has been acquired by San Francisco-based Loopnet. Loopnet, a big online commercial real estate marketplace, said that the acquisition will allow it to expand support to its customers through the entire property marketing lifecycle. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Reaction Web was founded by Mike Mockus and Paul Dynan, who remain in charge of the firm. LoopNet said the entire Reaction Web team will remain intact after the buy.
