Market Force Information Buys Ted Costas Group

Boulder, Colorado-based Market Force Information, a provider of customer and market information services for retailers, announced today that it has acquired the Ted Costas Group, a provider of film print checking and digital quality control. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Ted Costas Group provides checks on movie quality at theaters. Market Force Information said it is combining the Ted Costas Group with Certified Reports, a firm it acquired in February of 2008, which provides similar services. Market Force Information is venture backed by Monitor Clipper Partners, Centennial Ventures, Boulder Ventures, Vista Ventures and Hercules Technology Growth Capital.
