OpSec Security Gets $23.5M

Denver-based OpSec Security Group plc, a developer of anti-counterfeiting technology, said Thursday that it has raised $23.5M in funding from Investcorp Technology Partners. The firm, which is listed on the AIM, said the funding will allow it to continue growth in global markets, and to look to for investment and acquisition opportunities. OpSec said the funding was split between $10.5M in capital and $13.0M in debt. Hazem Ben-Gacem and Anand Radhakrishnan of Investcorp have joined the firm's board along with the funding.
