ZAGG Snags Patent

Salt Lake City-based ZAGG, a manufacturer of electronic accessories and coverings for consumer electronics, said this week that it has been awarded a patent for the design of its ZAGGbuds in-ear headphones. The firm said the patent number is D607,875. According to the USPTO, the design patent was issued January 12, and named Robert G. Pedersen, II as the inventor; Pedersen is CEO and co-founder of Zagg. Zagg was represented by Workman Nydegger in the patent filing.
