Prospect9 Acquired By Florida Firm

Salt Lake City-based Prospect9, a developer of client management and marketing software, has been acquired by Florida-based Blue Frog Solutions. Blue Frog did not detail financial aspects of the acquisition. Prospect9 develops I-Relay, a web-based, customer relationship management (CRM) tool for insurance carriers and financial services firms. Blue Frog is based in Pompano Beach, Florida, and provides technology soultions to the life, annuities and long-term care insurance market.
