vSpring's Ekstrom Joins Board At ZAGG

Salt Lake City-based ZAGG, a manufacturer of coverings for electronic devices, said late Wednesday that vSpring Capital's Ed Ekstrom is joining the company's board of directors. Ekstrom has been at vSpring since 2001, and has also served at Intel, where he was VP of Intel's Communications Products Group and General Manager of the Intel Utah Software Development Center. He also served at LANSystems, CeriSyn, Cericor, and HP. Ekstrom is currently also on the boards of BDNA, Celio Corporation, Penguin Computing and Sparxent.
