Ramtron Gets New Line Of Credit

Colorado Springs-based Ramtron, a developer of specialized random access memory (RAM), disclosed Monday that it has expanded its line of credit to $6M, through a new deal with Silicon Valley Bank. Ramtron said the new line of credit replaces an existing, $4M line of credit, and will provide it with additional working capital. The revolving line of credit matures in August of 2011. Financial terms on the new credit line were not announced.
