MWH Soft Merges With UK Firm

Broomfield, Colorado-based MWH Soft, a developer of software used for hydraulic modeling in the water and wastewater industry, said this week that it has merged with UK-based Wallingford Software. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed. The firms said they will continue current operations of the two firms in the UK, US, Australia, and Malaysia.
