Ancestry.com Upgrades Family Tree Maker
Provo, Utah-based Ancestry.com said today that it has released a version of the firm's desktop family tree software, Family Tree Maker. The firm said that Family Tree Maker 2010--which is now in its 20th year of availability--now provides better integration with Ancestry.com's online services, improved charts and reports, better ways to organize photos, and more. One of the key features is a way to map family history through Microsoft's Bing search engine and its mapping features.
