FamilyLink Claims 50 Million Facebook Users

Provo, Utah-based FamilyLink, the new genealogy site run by former MyFamily CEO Paul B. Allen, said this morning that its Facebook application, "We're Related", now has more than 50 million users. FamilyLink said that the application is the fourth most popular application on Facebook. In addition to the Facebook numbers, FamilyLink said it had around 24 million unique users visitings the firm's network of web sites every month, based on numbers from Quantcast. FamilyLink is venture backed by vSpring Capital, TTP Capital Advisors, and angel investors. The firm also operates WorldVitalRecords.com and GenealogyWise.com.
