Advanced Circuits Acquires Circuit Board Express

Aurora, Colo.-based printed circuit board manufacturer Advanced Circuits Inc. announced today that it has acquired fellow PCB maker Circuit Board Express Inc. of Haverhill, Mass. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Advanced Circuits said Circuit Board Express, which was founded in 1993, will continue to operate from its Haverhill headquarters and that its support staff will also remain in place. Advanced Circuits added that it expects a seamless transition for Circuit Board Express customers. Established in 1989, Advanced Circuits specializes in the production of quickturn PCBs.
