Quark Upgrades XML Tool

Denver-based Quark, a developer of page layout and related software, said Friday that the firm has upgraded its XML Authoring tool for Microsoft Word. According to Quark, the tool is targeted at non-technical business workers to create XML document content for such software as Microsoft Office SharePoint. Quark purchased the firm's XML Author software in 2008 when it acquired IN.vision Research.
