Rally Software Gains $8M In Credit Facility

Boulder, Colorado-based Rally Software Development said Monday morning that the firm has raised $8M in a credit facility from Square 1 Bank. Rally said that the financing will go towards continued growth at the firm, which develops Agile software tools. Rally is backed by Mohr Davidow Ventures, Boulder Ventures, Mobius Venture Capital, and Vista Ventures. Terms of the debt financing were not disclosed.
