Tendril Hires CFO Away From Copan

Boulder-based Tendril, a provider of software for managing energy systems, said Monday that it has named Mark Pougnet as the firm's new Chief Financial Officer. According to Tendril, Pougnet joins the company from Copan Systems, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Pougnet has also served at MPC Computers and Avaya. Tendril develops technology for managing residential energy usage. The firm is venture backed by Appian Ventures, Access Ventures, Vista Ventures, and RRE Ventures. More information »
