Secure64 Bolsters Marketing

Secure64 Software Corp. reported Tuesday that Thomas Chalk has joined the company as its senior vice president of sales and marketing. The Denver-based publisher of secure server applications said Chalk hails from security software firm Symantec Corp., where he was director of global strategic sales. At Secure64, Chalk will direct all of its sales and marketing efforts as it prepares to release its latest product, Secure64 DNS Signer, which will assist organizations with their deployment of DNSSEC. An abbreviation for Domain Name System Security Extensions, a set of specifications that are used to ensure secure updates to the DNS system, which is used to direct Internet users to web sites.
