Level 3 Completes Vyvx Ad Business Sale

Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications said Thursday that it has completed its sale of its advertising distribution business of Vyvx LLC, to DG FastChannel. The deal was worth approximately $129M in cash. Level 3 said it retains ownership of Vyvx and its core broadcast business. Level 3 had originally announced the sale in December of last year.
