StarTek Names Wagner to Board of Directors

Denver-based business process outsourcing firm StarTek Inc. reported Monday that it has appointed Harvey A. Wagner as the fifth member of its board of directors. Wagner is currently president, chief executive officer and director of Caregiver Services Inc., a privately owned, in-home assisted living firm headquartered in Miami. He previously served as president, CEO and board member of business software publisher Quovadx. Before that, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Mirant Corp., an independent energy company. StarTek said Wagner will chair the company's audit committee and will also serve on its compensation and governance committees. He currently sits on the boards of FormFactor Inc. and Cree Inc.
