First Data Acquires InComm

Denver-based First Data Corp. said Monday that it has agreed to acquire InComm, a marketer, distributor, and provider of technology for the stored value and gift card market. Financial terms were not disclosed. According to First Data, InComm had over $300M in 2007 net revenues, and $8B in retail sales transactions processed in 2007. The firm distributes gift cards, prepaid wireless, reloadable debit cards, and related products. First Data is a provider of ecommerce and payment processing services for businesses.
