Amkor Hires New EVP

Chandler, Arizona-based Amkor Technology, which provides semiconductor assembly and test services, has hired a new Executive Vice President of its Product Management Group. Amkor said it has added Eric Larson in the position, where he will manage Amkor's Product Business Units, including Wirebond Products, Wafer-Level Processing and Flip-Chip Products, Test Services, R&D, Emerging Technologies and Corporate Development. Larson has been at unnamed startups since leaving Amkor in 2003, where he had served previously for 7 years. Larson has also served at Hewlett Packard for over 17 years. More information »
