Me.dium Adds Firefox 3.0, Media Player Support

Boulder-based browser plug-in firm Me.dium said Thursday that it has added support for Mozilla Firefox 3.0, and the Songbird Media Player as part of an upgrade of the firm's software. Me.dium's software is a browser plug-in which allows Internet users to see where their friends are surfing on the Web. According to Me.dium, the support for Songbird allows users see what their friends are listening to. Songbird is a open source, music player project being developed by Mozilla, the developer of the popular Firefox web browser. Me.dium is venture backed by Commonwealth Capital, Spark Capital, Appian Ventures, along with Brad Feld and Elon Musk.
