41st Parameter Expands HQ

Scottsdale, Arizona-based 41st Parameter said late last week that the firm has expanded the firm's Scottsdale headquarters. 41st Parameter is a provider of fraud prevention and detection, and is venture backed by JAFCO American Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, and Norwest Venture Partners. According to 41st Parameter, the move comes as a result of dramatic increase in demand for its products and services; the company has grown from 32 employees at the beginning of 2007, to 60 employees at the end of the year; the firm said it expects to have 80 employees by the end of 2008. The new space triples the size of the company's offices.
