Data393 Acquired By Managed Data Holdings

Englewood-based colocation and managed hosting provider Data393 has been acquired, according to Managed Data Holdings. Managed Data Holdings, which is based in Irvine, California, did not disclose financial terms of the deal. Brett Jones has been named general manager of Data393 in conjunction with the deal. Data393 maintains a colocation and IT infrastructure operations in the Denver Tech Center, and offers companies web hosting and related services.
