Newsgator Raises $12M

Denver-based Newsgator said today that it has raised $12M in a new venture round. The round was led by Vista Ventures, and also included Mobius Venture Capital and Masthead Venture Partners. Newsgator develops software used for aggregating RSS feeds; the firm's offerings include enterprise, mobile, and software-as-a-service versions. Masthead and Mobius are prior investors in the firm.
