Allegiance Adds Consulting Services

Utah's Allegiance Inc., a publisher of Enterprise Feedback Management software, reported Tuesday that it is now providing hands-on installation guidance, customer support, training and best-practices consulting for its Allegiance Engage platform. Allegiance explained that its Engage platform is a system that collects and addresses customer and employee feedback, all in real-time. The company added that its new offering, called Professional Services, comprises a team of experts who will help lead clients through every phase of Engage operation, from implementation to day-to-day management. Allegiance is a privately owned company headquartered in South Jordan, Utah, a Salt Lake City suburb.
