eSoft Beefs Up Anti-Spam Software
Broomfield, Colorado-based internet security software developer eSoft Inc. reported Monday that it has bolstered its SpamFilter and Content Filter technologies, which are available on eSoft's InstaGate and ThreatWall network security gateways. The firm said that the SpamFilter and Content Filter technologies help protect against the latest graphics-based spam techniques, such as those distributed within images, PDF files and online greeting cards. Among new features, the firm said it has added an IP reputation filter to the product to help identify spam-bots and other spam servers.
