Photo Stencil Names President, CEO

Colorado Springs-based Photo Stencil, a provider of tooling for the electronics industry, said Monday that it has named Keith Favre as President and CEO of the company. Favre joins the firm from Speedline Technologies, where he was most recently VP of Marketing. Former CEO Larry Heitz remains on the firm's board of directors. Photo Stencil develops stencils and tooling for surfance mount assembly; the firm is owned by private equity firm Kachi Partners, which acquired Photo Stencil in June.
