IP Commerce Hires CFO

IP Commerce Inc., a developer of business-to-business payment software, announced Tuesday that it has hired Frank Knuettel II as its chief financial officer. IP Commerce said Knuettel will oversee all financial matters, including the company’s infrastructure development. He will also have a hand in customer acquisition and in forming strategic partnerships, IP Commerce said. Previously, Knuettel served as CFO with several other companies, including InfoSearch Media Inc., Internet Machines Corp., Viking Systems Inc. and Fightertown Entertainment Inc. IP Commerce is based in Denver. More information »
